The central point to being central
Centers on centipedes
And cents to the euro.
Simmering sensibilities
Snuffed out in a blaze of ignominy.

Fiery, I fire thee.
Flair, eee, nowhere there.
Incandescent, senescent, werewolf, aargh!
Bloated, but noted in blood.

I have the foggiest.
An inkling.
A whiff.
A hint.

Tuesday, January 8, 2019

Incisive, decisive, resizing, postponing.
Included in your bill of fare,
Splotches of red, yellow and hair,
Indigestion, redirection,
Bespectacled reticule in red velvet.
Not to mention red, of course.

Greenery grows when not dry.
Growing grapples with ground conditions.
Crabapples are not always green.
Grinch is green.
Grendel is not.

Oh, butterfly!
How you flutter by!
You flap and you float,
You shudder and flutter.
Oh butterfly!
How you flutter by!

Sunday, January 6, 2019

Wondrously wafting windy wibbles.
Blown balloons born aloft.
 Callous neighbours,
Benign waiters,
Unacceptable
Boon.

Blop.
Sizzle.
Orc.
Sweat.

Incrementally lavished inattention.
Foul or fair masses said for loathers of industry.
Incriminating letters column.
Fleeting, floating, flying, flowing flamingos.

Argh.

I found oil!

You have no idea how satisfying it is to spread soft oil color across a canvas and then attack it with a palette knife. I had quite forgotten, as I've been worried about getting smudges on the cats. Cadmium red is probably not part of a healthy cat's diet. They are older now and less likely to bounce around among my implements. I hope.

Dumdedum, my first oil painting in years. Pretty, ain't it?
And a link to my main art project: One Million Faces Before I Die.
I would do that one all in oils, if I had a lot of money for the material and the space to dry them. As it is, I can afford copy paper and ink...

It lives!

I have suddenly realized that my Million Faces project is hard to find on Google because I don't link to it anywhere. So here it is, some 210,000 faces thus far, at renekita.tumblr.com.

I have this little musical project. I want to make ten thousand tracks using just my voice as material. Each track is exactly one minute, so I release them in nice hour long chunks - in case you feel nostalgic and want to burn then onto CDR. So, here are tracks 181-240:
Ten Thousand Ways of the Voice - Hour 4

Squid

Squished amateurs same as sweeping accounts snooping after sorghum appliances sacked.
Attraction attenuates soonish along severed arteries seeping anxiously, sapping annoyance.
Sorrowing attendants sleep away sickening affability sown afar sight, annoys sonorities.

Ghast

Flabbergasted.
Flapdoodle.
Flanders.
Flamingo.
Flat.

Coreblasted.
Gorblimey.
Cornholed.
Gorehound.
Corn.

Sandblasted.
Sadsack.
Sanders.
Sadomasochist.
Sank.

Hole

As I climb into my hole,
gas-eyed, lying tome mole,
blast by lines to meet souls,
last by miles, too meek, old.

Confessions

Splurted confessions all over the place!
Who is going to clean this up?

Lord's in July

Gabbing, gibbering, grabbing nailed down nincompoops,
We maneuver down the corridors of certainty,
Walkovers in sight, trampled to a niceness,
Triumphing trumpets tooting their toodle oohs.

Mad Bird and Doggerel

Doggerel keeps dogging me doggedly, doggone it!
Cockerels cock up cock to cock with cocker spaniels.
Sucker eels suck up to suckers such as succubi.
Sicker ills sic sickening sicknesses on slick seekers.

Goodbye and hello

I've moved my blogging to Tumblr, since I never did get a reply to my feedback about the grayed out colors on some of my drawings. Pity. I would have liked to keep the series in one place for easier reference. Oh well, who else cares...

Testing, very testing

Ah, so it's not my scanner, but Blogger that's gone dark... This is just a test post. As you can see by comparing with the previous posting of these same files, they are now displayed much grayer. Grrrrr. I thought I checked that before I bought a new scanner...

Onwards!

Argh. My new scanner takes just as dim pictures as the old one. And these looked a lot brighter in gimp and geeqie. I need to study image processing. Oh well, since I plan to spend the rest of my life making pictures, that's only reasonable.
