Free jazz

Some free jazz with Sirt Rio at Kirjakahvila, Turku, featuring Jaakko Tolvi on drums, Topias Tiheäsalo on guitar, Sami Pekkola on sax and Tero Kemppainen on bass.

This where my attempts to make comics keep getting stuck:
"Oh, that's right, there is nothing I want to say."
Maybe I should try to live with it and make silent strips like this. And let someone else think of the profound message they are supposed to convey...

The beginning of my career as a portrait photographer. This is Julia Nekrasova, who is actually much better with the camera than I.

Industrial scale

A tour of Itäharju, an old industrial quarter of Turku.
I do hope these are subtle enough to reward a second look.

Today's song is about overheating in a stuffy, silent apartment on a hot day in July: break_hole.mp3 . Or my idea of a minimalist summer hit...

Learning Gimp layer management, part two...
Built from random pictures taken on bike rides through Turku.
Oh, and an attempt to build danceable music from random samples I've recorded during the past years: pulpul.mp3

Oh well

Instead of waiting for perfection to strike, I will try to post each day whatever happens to emerge from my vague pokings at matters creative.
Today's productions are terrible crimes against humanity: I have asked neither the photographers nor the musicians whose work I've cut up for permission to do so.
A three minute trawl through my record collection, each sample repeated eleven times to give the owners a chance to recognize their property and string me up by my balls for it: Elevenses.mp3
The picture sources are even easier to find: Just do a Google image search for the word 'wrong'...
