Do I have a message? Sure. Anything you can read into these pictures is what I'm saying. Yes, it's a much more imprecise mode of communication than plain prose and limited by your education and willingness to enter into the reading, but that applies to all culture. I knew a guy once who called Plato's dialogues "boring." Not Plato's fault, one might say after two thousand years of continuous scholarly discussion of his work...
